Summer Place, Vrede Hotel's Premier function hall can seat 50 to 100 guests banquet style with a dance floor. 60 more guests can be seated in the al fresco Terrace area adjoining the hall.

Conferences
20 to 120 delegates can be seated in various conference style setups (U-Shape, Herringbone or School Room) in Summer Place. Projectors, screens, flipcharts, sound systems and individual delegate stationary can be provided by the hotel.
Boardroom Meetings or Private Lunches & Dinners Smaller conferences up to 12 guests can be accommodated in either the Private Lounge , Private Boardroom / Dining Room .
